Shipping Policy:

At Munchanons, we’re dedicated to delivering the freshest, most flavorful dried fruit snacks. As a small, two-person business, we handle every order with care. While we may have some inventory on hand, many of our snacks are made to order. Once your order is placed, we carefully dry the fruit and craft the flavors to ensure maximum freshness. Please note that shipping times may vary as we fulfill orders upon receipt. Thank you for supporting our small business and for your patience as we prepare your delicious snacks!

Processing and Shipping Times:

All orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days and should arrive within 5-7 business days. Please note that if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, it may take an additional 3-8 business days to ship your order. All orders will include a tracking number, and you can track your package through UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

Shipping Liability:

Munchanons is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these situations. Once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier (i.e., UPS, USPS, FedEx), it is the customer’s responsibility to file any claims with the carrier. We are not liable for any package(s) once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Addresses and Unclaimed Packages:

For any order returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed status, or other delivery issues, the customer will be responsible for paying the reshipment cost. If you do not wish for a reshipment, you will be refunded the difference between your total purchase price and the original shipping cost.
